We accept Pay Pal Only You have the choice to pay via Mastercard, Visa, American Express, E-Check all through PayPal. No money orders or personal checks accepted. Product will not ship until Payment Clears. If it is an E-Check it can take up to 10 days.
Emails on the weekends are slower. Our business hours vary during the work week so email response time is rapid. Weekends are designated for family time. Since this is a family owned business we do not keep hours 24/7 even though the Store is open.
Returns Policy
20% Restocking Fee
We will accept returns for items that are re-sellable within 14 days from the day it was shipped. Items must be in their original packaging. Customer must notify us via email that items are being returned. A refund will be issued to your credit card minus the restocking fee, the price of the item and any applicable sales tax. Shipping charges are not refundable. Customer is responsible for any shipping costs to return the item.
Shipping Policy
We ship to all 50 states, Puerto Rico, and Canada. All shipping is through the U.S. Postal Service. Shipping is based on order total before applicable sales tax. The following rates apply:

Local Pick-up Do you allow pickups? We DO NOT allow pick ups from our home for insurance and security reasons. No exceptions. Please do not ask.
ORDER PROCESSING AND SERVICE
We do our best to process your orders in a timely manor. Under normal circumstances, this means we try to process your order within 1 week or 5 Business Days (See Store Hours) with no shipping on weekends after confirming online payment, this does not mean that your order will ship within a fews days after payment because sometimes we have a backlog. Paypal eCheck payments can take up to 10 days to clear. Your order will be processed as quickly as possible
Please allow 6-12 business days for delivery of your order purchase.We are not responsible for any loss, damage, or delays in your order after it leaves our facility.
MEDIA MAIL SHIPMENTS: ALL scrapbooking supplies do not qualify for media mail shipments. ONLY bound & printed material can ship media mail. Please do not ask us to ship our items Media Mail.
If your package is lost and/or damaged in the shipping process, Simply Scrapping is not responsible for lost or damaged products. If insurance has been purchased, claims cannot be made for lost items until 30 days have lapsed providing insurance has been purchased. Claims may take up to 12 months/one year
Insurance is optional on all purchases however optional on all purchases on at the buyers expense. This serves to protect your package in the event it is damaged or lost. If buyer declines to purchase insurance you assume all responsibility for the package for lost/non delivered/damaged by the postal department. Claims will be filed by the "buyer" not the seller.
APO/AE and other Military shipments: Insurance is required on all shipments going to any military address outside the United States. This ensures protection in the event the shipment is lost or misdirected somewhere within the system. Claims are filed by the buyer
